Ferguson Enterprises is seeking Installation Associates to deliver and install a wide range of appliances in both commercial and residential settings in Pensacola, FL. You will learn custom installations through paid training and ensure on-site safety and quality for every job.

The role requires 1+ years in appliance delivery/installation, a valid license, DOT medical card or ability to obtain one, and the physical capability to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is preferred.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with assistive devices.
• Deliver white glove service and provide excellent customer service.
• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation; learn custom installations with training provided.
• Install and verify basic gas/electric appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators).
• Ensure appliances are undamaged, correctly installed, and fully functional per specs.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and customers on site.
• Attend company-paid installation training and certifications to stay updated.
• Handle driver duties as required.
