Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Installation Associate to deliver, install, and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings in the Tampa, FL area. The role offers a family-friendly environment, paid training, and multiple career paths.

Location is onsite in Tampa with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30am until completion. Candidates should have 1+ year of appliance delivery/installation experience and a valid license. DOT card and lifting ability are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of appliance delivery & installation experience preferred.
• Valid state issued license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain.
• Ability to lift 90+ pounds frequently with equipment.
• Ability to deliver white-glove service with excellent customer service.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations - training provided.
• Install gas and electric appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Ensure installed appliances are damage-free and functioning per manufacturer’s specs.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend company paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date on product changes.
• Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.
