Assurant Services Australia Pty Limited in Auburn is seeking a Mobile Technician (Apple Service Technician L1) to support device repair operations. The role involves modular repairs on iPhones and other mobile devices, including battery, display, charging port, and camera module repairs.

You must hold current ACST and/or ACRT certifications (AppleCare Technician Certifications) and be capable of performing repairs according to Apple authorized service standards.

Qualifications

• Current AppleCare Technician Certifications (ACTC) required, including ACST and/or ACRT.
• Strong understanding of Apple authorized repair processes, diagnostics, and quality standards.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform modular repairs on mobile devices (battery, display, charging port, camera modules).
• Follow Apple authorized repair standards and procedures.
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and with quality.
