Job summary

Linq is seeking a Partner Experience Manager in San Francisco, CA or Birmingham, AL, to own strategic partnership implementation for Apple Messenger for Business. You'll work with partner engineering and product teams from build to launch, serving as the client’s main contact for platform registrations and UX approvals.

You'll collaborate with internal teams across Engineering, Design and Marketing, shaping the implementation process, managing multiple partner workflows, and documenting

Qualifications

• Hands-on API experience and ability to lead a partner's engineer team through build and implementation.
• Experience with AI agents and workflow design/implementation.
• Experience in technical product implementation from start to finish, as the main contact responsible for success.
• High attention to detail and UX sensibility in experiences.
• Proactive, forward-moving mindset and problem anticipation.

Responsibilities

• Guide partner builds from kickoff to launch, leading their engineering and product teams.
• Manage Apple’s registration and review process end to end.
• Coordinate approvals across multiple partners and maintain launch timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from Engineering, Design, and Marketing.
• Improve implementation processes as you gain experience working with large enterprise partners.
• Document processes to speed future implementations.
