Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Appian Solution Architect to lead digital transformation for enterprise clients, designing scalable, secure Appian-based solutions and guiding multi-disciplinary teams.

You will drive end-to-end architecture, integrate REST/SOAP APIs, mentor developers, and stay current with Appian updates to deliver value and compliance.

This role requires US citizenship or eligibility for federal security clearance and a strong background in Agile delivery and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or eligibility for federal security clearance.
• 8+ years IT consulting or enterprise software delivery.
• 5+ years Appian development/architecture experience.
• Appian Lead Developer or Solution Architect certifications.
• Experience leading Agile teams and full lifecycle delivery.
• Cloud security principles and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Appian-based solutions.
• Translate business needs into actionable Appian solutions with API integrations.
• Guide project teams and clients through platform decisions and design.
• Develop solution architectures, roadmaps, and migration plans.
• Mentor developers and junior architects across the organization.
• Stay current with Appian updates and industry trends.
• Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, deployments, and post-launch support.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks and best practices documentation.
• Support business development with proposal participation.
