Job summary

Atlas Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled QA Tester to validate Appian applications in Government Cloud environments (AGC/ADC) for Coast Guard missions. You will design test plans, execute tests, and ensure compliance with federal standards in a remote-capable role.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA, Appian experience, and a DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain it. Travel up to 10% may apply, with flexible remote work options for eligible U.S. residents.

Qualifications

• A DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years in software testing or QA.
• Hands-on testing of Appian applications and components.
• Experience with secure federal cloud environments (AGC/ADC/FedRAMP).
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum tools like Jira/ServiceNow/Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, cases, and scripts based on Appian requirements and security constraints.
• Perform functional, regression, system integration, accessibility, and end-to-end testing in AGC/ADC environments.
• Validate Appian objects: interfaces, records, expression rules, process models, data types, documents, and security.
• Test Appian integrations, APIs, and secure authentication flows (SAML, CAC, PKI).
• Ensure compliance with USCG cybersecurity, NIST, FedRAMP, and DoD IL4/IL5 guidelines.
• Document defects and manage resolutions through change control processes.
• Collaborate with Coast Guard stakeholders during UAT and FAT.
