Qualifications

• DoD Secret level clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum 5 years in software testing/QA.
• Hands-on testing of Appian applications (workflows, integrations).
• Experience testing apps in secure federal cloud environments (AGC, ADC, FedRAMP, DoD).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira, ServiceNow or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, cases, and scripts from Appian requirements and security constraints.
• Conduct functional, regression, system integration, accessibility, and end-to-end testing for Appian in AGC/ADC.
• Validate Appian objects: interfaces, records, expression rules, process models, data types, document generation, record security.
• Test Appian integrations, APIs, and secure authentication flows (SAML, CAC, PKI).
• Verify compliance with USCG policies, NIST standards, FedRAMP, and DoD security guidelines.
• Identify defects, document issues, and track resolutions through change management.
