Remote work is available to eligible US residents with up to 10% travel. The role involves test planning, end-to-end testing, and collaboration with Coast Guard stakeholders to validate requirements and workflows.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain.
• Minimum 5 years of software testing/QA experience.
• Hands-on Appian testing experience (workflows, integrations, components).
• Experience in secure federal cloud environments (AGC/ADC, FedRAMP).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools (Jira/ServiceNow/Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, cases, and scripts from Appian requirements.
• Conduct functional, regression, system integration, accessibility, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate Appian objects: interfaces, records, rules, process models, data types.
• Test Appian integrations, APIs, and secure authentication flows.
• Verify compliance with USCG policies, NIST, FedRAMP, and DoD security guidelines.
• Evaluate logging, auditing, escalation paths, and workflows for accuracy.
• Identify defects and track resolutions through change management.
• Participate in UAT and FAT with Coast Guard stakeholders.
• Support Agile ceremonies and testing activities during sprints.
• Monitor regression impacts and improve testing coverage.
• Ensure all results meet USCG QA, security, and CM standards.
