Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking an Appian Software Integrator / Low Code Developer to support mission-focused software integration and development efforts in Bethesda, MD. You will collaborate with systems engineers, software engineers, architects and operations teams to craft backend and frontend solutions leveraging cloud computing, AI/ML and cross-domain transfer systems.

The role supports Defense and Intelligence Community members by advancing big data analytics tools and micro-service

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience or Master's with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Appian.
Experience with containerization.
Experience with Agile practices.
Experience engineering and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Development and/or scripting experience, especially Python and Bash.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deploy release candidates to production environments with a team of system integration engineers.
Participate in test, staging and production deployments.
Integrate Appian with Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Rancher, Helm and other DevSecOps tools.
Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines, including CDS to air-gapped networks.
Implement automated system integration testing (e.g., Cucumber) to identify failed modules.
Monitor automated tests to identify failures and issues.
Manage project priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
Foster collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality services.”
