Job summary

Tuknik Government Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Mid Appian Developer with a Secret clearance to support a large Army modernization program in the DC area. You will develop Appian interfaces, process models, and integrations, converting requirements into secure, testable low-code components.

Responsibilities include backlog items, testing, and defect resolution, with involvement in agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Four or more years of application development experience, including at least two years developing Appian solutions.
• Working knowledge of Appian interfaces, process models, Record Types, expression rules, data stores, security, and deployment packages.
• Experience with relational data, web services, testing, defect tracking, and Agile delivery.
• U.S. citizenship and active security clearance or eligibility required for the start of performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Appian interfaces, process models, Record Types, expression rules, reports, integrations, and security configurations.
• Implement backlog items, defect corrections, data changes, and workflow automations per acceptance criteria.
• Support conversion of legacy components to Record Type-based patterns using approved mappings.
• Build forms, routing, approvals, notifications, and record views.
• Create unit-level, application-logic, regression, and integration tests for developed components.
• Investigate Tier 3 defects and work with senior engineers to restore service and implement fixes.
• Participate in code/design reviews and address findings before promotion.
