Job summary

TSPi is seeking an Intermediate Appian Developer with strong experience supporting Appian application development, plugin remediation, and modernization initiatives within complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain Appian solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support plugin conversion efforts aligned with platform upgrades.

This is a 9 month project with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Appian development experience.
• Experience with Appian plugins, Java-based development, or integration components.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and secure coding principles.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Appian applications for complex workflows.
• Support remediation and modernization of custom Appian plugins for updated standards.
• Troubleshoot issues related to plugins, integrations, and Appian functionality.
• Collaborate with architects and senior developers to implement scalable solutions.
• Support platform upgrades and related modernization activities.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and integration frameworks.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and solution deployment.
