Job summary
Precise Software Solutions is seeking an Appian Developer to join our team supporting a mission-critical federal government solution. This is a remote position.
The Appian Developer will evaluate business requirements provided by system end users and business stakeholders, translate high-level requirements into detailed designs, and plan solutions using provided information and materials. Responsibilities will include the design, development, architecture, implementation, and support of
Qualifications
- 5-8 yrs overall experience with a Bachelor's Degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.
- Appian Level 1 or 2 Certification required.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Appian RPA/BPM, Java, and APIs.
- Experience with integrations with external systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to scope Appian projects and provide accurate estimates.
- Attention to detail, strong design skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into a long-term solution plan and roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs to map and load data into the transactional database.
- Work with IT leadership to align with the IT roadmap.
- Hands-on development and support, Proof of Concept and demos as needed.
- Develop and implement Appian and web-based applications.
- Provide technical guidance to other developers as needed.
- Develop applications in Appian BPM and integrate with other COTS products.
- Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models.
