Job description

• We are looking for a Senior Appian Developer / Architect that will work closely with clients, product owners and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions that best meet business needs.
• This person will plan and lead complex Appian software development projects.

Key Job Functions :

• Participate in analysis, design, and new development of Appian based applications.
• Create and maintain various applications built using the Appian Business Process Modeling frameworks.
• Build applications : interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations, etc.
• Validate the solution against best design practices, work on quick prototyping to get client feedback to achieve desired outcome.
• Perform Appian specific performance tuning efforts to ensure design implemented scales well for business need.
• Skilled in Appian automation using FitNesse.
• Demo development efforts to Program team.
• Work closely with testers / QA teams and UI / UX team.
• Conduct peer reviews, unit testing, and code reviews.
• Build Appian plugins and Appian embedded interfaces.
• Appian Level 2 certification (must have).
