Job Title: Senior Appian Developer/Architect

Company: Sky Solutions

Location: Remote- United States

Looking for a Senior Appian Developer/Architect to join a team of Appian Developers working on Federal and commercial Projects.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Appian solutions.
• Architect and design Appian applications, including process models, data models, user interfaces, and integrations with external systems.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to Appian best practices and standards, promoting code quality, performance optimization, and security.
• Perform code reviews, test case reviews, deployment reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards in Appian application development.
• Provide mentoring to other developers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Stay up to date with the latest Appian releases, features, and industry trends, and evaluate their applicability to improve existing solutions.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience with 5+ years of Appian experience
• Experience in Appian, with a focus on scalability, performance, and usability
• Strong knowledge of Appian design patterns and best practices
• In-depth understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:
