Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced Appian specialist to provide L2/L3 production support for BPM applications. You will monitor systems, resolve incidents within SLA and troubleshoot workflows, integrations, and data issues.

Responsibilities include RCAs, permanent fixes, deployments, and documentation. The role requires Agile/ITIL experience and offshore support exposure, with a strong focus on SQL and API troubleshooting in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Appian experience.
• Experience in 24x7/rotational offshore support.
• Strong knowledge of Appian Admin, SAIL, Process Models.
• Proficient in SQL and API troubleshooting.
• Experience in Agile/ITIL production support environments.

• Good incident management, debugging and RCA skills.
• Experience working in Agile/ITIL production support environments.
