TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced Appian specialist to provide L2/L3 production support for BPM applications. You will monitor systems, resolve incidents within SLA and troubleshoot workflows, integrations, and data issues.

Responsibilities include RCAs, permanent fixes, deployments, and documentation. The role requires Agile/ITIL experience and offshore support exposure, with a strong focus on SQL and API troubleshooting in a 24x7 environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of Appian experience.
• Experience in 24x7/rotational offshore support.
• Strong knowledge of Appian Admin, SAIL, Process Models.
• Proficient in SQL and API troubleshooting.
• Experience in Agile/ITIL production support environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Appian BPM applications.
• Monitor applications and resolve incidents, problems and service requests within SLA.
• Troubleshoot Appian workflows, process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations and data issues.
• Perform RCA and permanent fixes for recurring/complex production issues.
• Analyze requirements and deliver enhancements, bug fixes and change requests.
• Support application deployments, releases and production validation.
• Troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, SQL and third-party integrations.
• Coordinate with L1, business, infrastructure and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Prepare/support technical documentation, KT and operational procedures.
