Job summary

Themesoft Inc is seeking an Appian BPM Application Support Engineer in Rahway, NJ (Hybrid) for a 6+ month contract. You will provide L2/L3 production support, monitor applications, resolve incidents within SLA, troubleshoot Appian workflows and integrations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of Appian experience, strong SQL and API troubleshooting skills, and experience in Agile/ITIL environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Appian BPM experience required.
• Experience in Appian development, enhancement and L2/L3 production support.
• Solid knowledge of Appian: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Integrations and Administration.
• Strong SQL and API troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in Agile/ITIL production support environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Appian BPM applications.
• Monitor applications and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within SLA.
• Troubleshoot Appian workflows, process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations, and data issues.
• Perform RCA and permanent fixes for recurring/complex production issues.
• Analyze requirements and deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests.
• Support application deployments, releases, and production validation.
• Troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and third-party integrations.
• Coordinate with L1, business, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Prepare/support technical documentation, KT, and operational procedures.

• Good incident management, debugging, and RCA skills.
• Experience working in Agile/ITIL production support environments.

Experience

• 6+ years of relevant Appian experience preferred.
• Experience in 24×7/rotational offshore support is an added advantage.
