Job summary

OOBE Apparel Design Group, Inc. in Greenville, SC is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Design Associate to support the design team in creating and maintaining tech packs, fit approvals, and product quality control. You will collaborate across functions to ensure accurate construction details and packaging specifications.

The role emphasizes hands-on tech pack management, Fabrications and trims coordination, and proactive QA issue resolution within a fast-paced apparel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining tech packs with construction details.
• Ability to assist with fit sessions and communicate revisions to overseas offices and factories.
• Knowledge of fabrications, trims, labeling and packaging for designs.
• Proactive in problem solving and resolution oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist design team in creating and maintaining tech packs and tech pack illustrations.
• Support fit sessions and communicate construction details to factories and clients.
• Collaborate with design to ensure fabrications, trims, labeling, and packaging meet design specs.
• Address QA issues and help resolve production defects with suppliers.
• Maintain BOMs and support Bill of Materials creation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
