Job summary

You will be responsible for maintaining tech packs, conducting fit sessions, and ensuring brand consistency and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, a strong background in fashion and technical design, and over 15 years of relevant experience. Excellent leadership skills and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator are also required, along with a deep understanding of garment construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical product development from concept to approval.
• Create and maintain tech packs for products.
• Lead a team of Technical Designers, providing direction and performance management.
• Conduct fit sessions and communicate adjustments to overseas offices.
