Job summary

HireTalent - Staffing & Recruiting Firm is seeking a Sr. Technical Designer to coordinate fit and construction from initial concept through to commercialization and production for assigned styles, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with product specs, sustainability, performance, and profitability goals.

The role will create and revise Tech Packs, maintain development documentation, track prototyping, and lead issue resolution with vendors and internal teams to deliver tested, market-ready

Qualifications

• Degree preferred but not required.
• 3+ years’ minimum experience preferred in a product design role.
• Experience writing product specs and construction standards instructions.
• Experience working with factory vendors to improve manufacturability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fit and construction from concept to production for assigned styles.
• Lead to on-time delivery and profitability while meeting specs and sustainability goals.
• Create and revise Tech Packs; maintain development documentation and prototype notes.
• Monitor prototyping, identify issues, and coordinate with design, product management and PCC.
• Communicate progress and challenges throughout the product testing process.
