Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of retail experience.
• Previous customer-facing experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Apparel department to deliver engaging shopping experiences, coach teammates, and drive sales.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership to meet priorities and budgets.
• Create effective schedules and manage workload to balance athlete traffic and operations.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach direct reports; manage performance reviews and recognition.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies while ensuring excellent customer service.
