Job summary

In this role you will develop and execute department plans, manage schedules, and coach staff to maintain top service standards. A background in retail leadership and strong product knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Coaching and mentoring teammates is valued for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product knowledge and ensuring a compelling store presentation.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop 30-60-90 day plans and execute operational priorities within budget.
• Communicate goals to team, assign workload, and adjust schedules to meet traffic and payroll targets.
• Build and lead a strong, coached team, drive hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, and ensure policy compliance across the team.
