Job summary

• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets and signage requirements.
• Promote and lead company programs (loyalty, warranty, credit card enrollment).
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership.
• Ensure staffing plans and payroll goals align with budgets.
