Job summary

HydroJug, Inc. is seeking a Supply Planner for Acta, the performance apparel brand. You will own the end-to-end supply plan for a 200–250 SKU portfolio, translating demand signals into production POs and managing overseas factory schedules in Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Honduras.

You will collaborate with a sourcing analyst and demand planner to maintain a balanced supply/demand/inventory triangle and ensure timely receipts across the Acta assortment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of apparel supply planning experience.
• Experience with overseas manufacturing (Vietnam, Bangladesh, etc.).
• Experience with sample milestones (FIT, PPS, TOP/SMS).
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end apparel supply plan for 200–250 SKU portfolio and translate demand into POs.
• Manage factory production schedules and overseas milestones.
• Work within supply/demand/inventory triangle with Sourcing Analyst and Demand Planner.
• Coordinate with Inventory and Warehouse teams to align inbound receipts.
• Maintain production calendar and ensure OTIF to suppliers.
