Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar-volume apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations and attendance at district meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the store.
• Hire and train associates and oversee store operations.
• Create action plans to achieve financial, customer-service, and operational goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Motivate teams and provide performance feedback.
• Set expectations and hold the store team accountable for results.
• Ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently met.
• Oversee controllable expenses, including payroll and training, to increase profitability.
• Lead floor sets, window changes, and other merchandising and visual activities.
• Perform POS transactions and management functions when the Assistant Manager is absent.
• Schedule employees to maximize productivity.
• Report to the District Manager.
