• Anticipates athlete needs; drives sales through product and services recommendations.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their store area.
• Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Maintains merchandising standards, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in loyalty programs, warranties, and private label credit card enrollment.
