Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers an engaging athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable product information.
• Onboards and trains new team members as a subject matter expert in store processes and selling skills.
• Maintains merchandising standards and ensures products are ready for purchase with a focus on customer engagement.
• Supports loyalty programs, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment as appropriate.
• Upholds safety, loss prevention, and store policies while fostering a respectful environment.
• Delivers a confident, helpful shopping experience with strong product and assortment knowledge.
