Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide accurate product information and recommendations.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert for their area of the store.
• Maintains merchandising standards and ensures products are ready for purchase and properly displayed.
• Promotes participation in loyalty programs and other company initiatives.
• Creates an inclusive, respectful store environment and adheres to safety and SOPs.
