Fred Meyer, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to create an outstanding customer experience and support department goals. You will assist with sales, inventory, and merchandising while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The role emphasizes excellent service, knowledge of products, and adherence to health and safety standards. Qualified applicants are 18 years or older, have basic math skills, and preferably hold a high school diploma.

Formación

• Minimum age 18.
• Must meet the minimum physical demands of the position.
• Knowledge of basic math: counting, addition, and subtraction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Second language: speaking, reading and/or writing.

Responsabilidades

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Assist department manager in reaching sales and profit goals and monitor QA standards.
• Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Stay current with present, future, seasonal and special ads.
• Observe scheduled shift operating hours.
• Adhere to all local, state and federal health and civil codes.
• Model excellent customer service and maintain a clean, orderly department.
• Demonstrate creative merchandising and keep displays stocked.
