Uinta Golf, part of the Worldwide Golf family, is hiring an Apparel Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, engage with them, and help with merchandising, signage, and displays to maintain an appealing store environment.

You will support inventory flow, stock checks, and conflict resolution while applying product knowledge to guide customer decisions. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the Worldwide Golf network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, apparel or golf preferred.
• Golf knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds.

"Sure No Problem" means putting the customer first, and doing whatever we can to ensure a memorable and positive customer experience.The Apparel Sales Associate provides the customer with an exceptional shopping experience at our golf store, facilitating the shopping experience through pleasant greeting and engagement. They will also assist in the execution of all in-store visual merchandising, including signage and displays. Job responsibilities include:Maintain a general awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise, promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements, while also maintaining the flexibility to work in different departments as needed.Maintain the flow of product to the sales floor from the store receiving areas and assist with markdown and clearance management for areas per company guidelines.Evaluate customers’ needs, make recommendations, and apply apparel knowledge to help the customer in the decision-making processResearch merchandise availability via computer database; requisitioning merchandise from stockroom and taking inventory of stock where needed.Maintain database and file shipping/receiving records for the department.Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.Perform any other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Ability to spend work time standing or moving about the departments within the store.
