Worldwide Golf's Uinta Golf is hiring a Golf Sales Associate in Orem, UT. You will promote a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values and help customers choose the right golf equipment.

No prior golf industry experience is required for entry-level candidates; base pay plus commission is offered. Flexible scheduling and full-time benefits include health coverage with company contribution to the HSA, 401(k) matching, and paid vacation.

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Any experience working in the golf industry is a plus (entry-level candidates will also be considered!).

Responsibilities

• Promote a store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend golf equipment.
• Educate customers and help them compare products.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during the in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep the sales floor clean.
• Research merchandise availability and manage stock as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities include:Maintain an awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and make recommendations on the right golf equipment for the customer.Educate customers on our golf products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customer with valuable data during in-store experienceAssist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and taking inventory of stock where needed.Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.Perform any other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store.
