Job summary

Worldwide Golf is seeking a Golf Sales Associate at Uinta Golf in Utah to promote a customer-focused store culture and help customers select the right golf equipment. You will use golf knowledge to advise, demonstrate products, and operate launch monitor data during the in-store experience.

The role requires standing for long periods, good communication, and a willingness to learn. Flexible scheduling, health benefits with HSA for full-time employees, and employee discounts are offered.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:Maintain an awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and make recommendations on the right golf equipment for the customer.Educate customers on our golf products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customer with valuable data during in-store experienceAssist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and taking inventory of stock where needed.Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.Perform any other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store.
