Qualifications

Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards and assist with floor sets and signage.
Assist with price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment, and program promotion.
Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales, and other store initiatives.
Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
