Job summary

24 Seven Talent seeks a highly organized Product Development & Production Assistant to support our apparel team through the full development cycle, from concept to bulk shipment. You will organize samples, maintain records, assist with PLM/ERP data entry, and coordinate with internal teams and factories.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development, production, or apparel preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with data entry and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with PLM/ERP systems and Full Circle is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and track incoming packages, submits, and samples.
• Check samples against records and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain tracking documents, charts, and development systems.
• Support factory communication, including documentation, comments, and requests.
• Attend fittings on behalf of the manager as needed.
• Support PLM and ERP data entry, data pulls, and general data management.
• Use Excel to track and report product and development information.
• Assist with orders, reorders, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized product development records.
• Provide additional support to the Product Development and Production team as needed.
