The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred; apparel/embroidery is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality checks.
• Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods; able to use production software.

Responsibilities

• Operate apparel production stations: order receiving, pulling, packing, shipping.
• Review tickets, locate and consolidate items for decoration/embroidery.
• Conduct quality checks: thread color, logo placement, garment style, size.
• Assemble boxes, pack items, and process shipments using company software.
• Prioritize rush orders and follow SOPs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and maintain safety.
