Job summary

Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions is seeking a Production Technician I, Apparel, to support our apparel production department. You will move and prepare goods across stations, including order pulling, packing, and shipping, while upholding accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma, attention to detail, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Overtime and occasional weekends may be required during peak production periods; experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred; apparel or embroidery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate apparel production stations including order receiving, pulling, packing, and shipping.
• Review order tickets and accurately locate and consolidate apparel items for decoration or embroidery.
• Conduct quality checks to verify thread color, logo placement, garment style, and size.
• Assemble boxes, pack items, and process shipments using company software.
• Prioritize rush orders and maintain compliance with SOPs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
