Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in apparel materials, production, sourcing, product development, or related field.
• Advanced PLM knowledge; demonstrate ability to build material libraries and maintain testing standards.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead fabric sourcing and material development for Exclusive Brands.
• Oversee production approvals from concept through on-time delivery; manage time-and-action calendar.
• Monitor testing, quality, and compliance with Intertek and import requirements.
• Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Sourcing, mills, and suppliers to drive cost-saving opportunities and innovation.
• Maintain materials library in PLM and ensure accurate documentation.
• Uphold ethics, labor standards, and safety in supplier partnerships.
