United Future in New York is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage communications with factories and track the lifecycle of styles in production. You will ensure adherence to retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing while coordinating status updates through daily emails and the PLM system.

Candidates should have 5+ years in apparel production, strong organization, multitasking ability, urgency, and a team-oriented work ethic.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production.

Responsabilités

• Manage communication to factories on production matters.
• Track lifecycle of styles in production.
• Follow retailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, testing.
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with Time and Action, Work in Process and daily emails with the factory.
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories.
• Items for approval to Retailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team.
• All testing compliance.
