Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in mass-market apparel production.
• Strong understanding of the apparel production process, including sample development, approvals, testing, and overseas manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP, email, and maintaining accurate production records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple orders, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player who embraces feedback, aligns with shared goals, and responds to evolving team priorities.
• A willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with design, sales, and overseas factories on production status and deadlines.
• Create and maintain purchase orders.
• Maintain weekly T&A calendars and WIP reports; track milestones.
• Request and follow up on prototype, photo, fit, PP, and TOP samples.
• Measure fit and TOP samples against specs.
• Submit samples and materials to buyers and relay feedback.
• Manage fabric, lab dips, trims, and other accessories approvals.
• Keep an organized library of development materials and approvals.
• Coordinate fabric and sample testing; track results and issues.
• Track delivery schedules with overseas factories and report delays.
• Support production planning and budgeting.
