Job summary

Majesty Brands seeks a Production Manager, Apparel to lead the execution of apparel production from product development handoff to bulk production and delivery. You will manage production planning, factory communications, WIP, and QA to ensure orders meet specs, cost, and delivery commitments.

You will work closely with Product Development, Design, Sales, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Sourcing, and Logistics to deliver on customer requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel production experience.
• Experience managing bulk apparel production from PO to delivery.
• Experience with overseas factories, vendors, testing and inspection.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and materials.
• Experience managing a direct report.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production from PO to final shipment and delivery.
• Coordinate with overseas factories on schedules and quality.
• Manage Production WIP and time-and-action calendars.
• Ensure production meets specs, costs, and delivery commitments.
• Lead weekly production cadence and status reporting.
• Develop and train Production Associate, Apparel.
