This role suits a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple production timelines with overseas factories while upholding quality, cost, and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will develop production calendars, track POs, and coordinate with Design, Merchandising, and leadership to ensure on-time arrivals for seasonal launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on apparel production experience.
• Experience with overseas factories.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and quality standards.
• Ability to independently manage development through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end apparel production from development to final delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline adherence.
• Develop and maintain production calendars and track purchase orders across seasonal launches.
• Serve as primary liaison for overseas factories, overseeing daily communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate sample development, approvals, and pre-production requirements with Design.
• Monitor production progress and address delays and manufacturing challenges to meet specs.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships and assist in sourcing new factories, fabrics, and trims.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and Fulfillment to align priorities and coordinate shipments.
