Job summary

Soni is seeking a production professional with at least 5 years of apparel production experience to manage end-to-end processes from order placement to final shipment. The role involves direct interaction with overseas factories, daily production status, and coordinating with design teams to ensure accurate tech packs, fit, and production details.

You will ensure QA/QC, materials availability, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel production experience in the needle trade.
• Strong knowledge of the full apparel production cycle from fabric and trims through bulk production, inspection and shipment.
• Strong understanding of T&A management, production planning, factory capacity, and delivery management.
• Proven experience working directly with overseas factories and suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills across multiple departments and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production process from order placement through final shipment.
• Own and maintain calendars, ensuring milestones are met and delays identified early.
• Work with overseas factories and vendors on status, capacity, materials, approvals, and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Design and Technical Design to ensure tech packs, specs, fit, samples, and production details are aligned.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure inspections, testing, quality standards, and corrective actions are completed on time.
• Monitor fabrics, trims, packaging, and other components to meet production schedule.
• Identify production risks and develop recovery plans to protect timelines and quality.
