The Kasper Group in New York seeks a Production Assistant to support pre-production, SAP updates, and internal projects. You will coordinate with design and tech to meet sample approval dates and help ensure on-time production.

Responsibilities include tracking dates, managing the factory allocation chart, updating WIP reports, issuing POs in SAP, and coordinating with multiple teams to keep shipments on schedule.

Qualifications

• Internship or coursework in apparel production or related field preferred.
• 0-1 year of related experience; internship considered.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP/PLM a plus.

Responsabilités

• Track pre-production samples and update SAP with factory packing lists.
• Enter/issue POs in SAP and follow up through shipment.
• Coordinate with Design and Technical teams to meet sample approval deadlines.
• Maintain factory allocation chart and update information daily/weekly.
• Maintain weekly WIP reports from factories/vendors and monitor production status.
• Communicate with factories/vendors to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
