Job summary

Things Between is seeking a Production Associate to manage day-to-day production execution, moving styles from PO issuance through final shipment. The role acts as a link between internal teams and overseas factories, ensuring accuracy, organization, and on-time delivery.

The position is full-time and on-site in Los Angeles, CA, requiring 3+ years in apparel production and ERP experience. Candidate should be adaptable and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in apparel production, sourcing merchandising, or product development.
• 3+ years of ERP experience.
• Strong production assistance skills, including supporting daily production tasks.
• Quality control abilities to inspect garments and ensure standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production from PO issuance to shipment and track milestones.
• Maintain production binders, tech packs, swatches, and approval files.
• Communicate daily with overseas factories about status, timelines, and schedules.
• Escalate risks and delays to management when needed.
• Coordinate bulk swatches, PP, TOP samples and track approvals.
• Maintain production tracking documents and update status after fittings.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure alignment with delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with Design, Production, Sales, Warehouse and Leadership teams.
• Support process improvements and special projects as needed.
