Vince is seeking a Production Department Assistant to organize and coordinate seasonal information for the production process in the LA area. You will manage reporting for COGs initiatives, support liability tracking, and collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, and Production teams to ensure accurate, timely updates.

The role emphasizes data extraction, report generation, and cross-team communication. Strong Excel/Power BI skills and familiarity with AX are desirable in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in production/manufacturing or related apparel experience.
• Experience with Excel and Word; comfort with data tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and consolidate all reporting for COGs initiatives and cost savings.
• Provide master recaps for initiatives to VP.
• Pull data from systems and compile seasonal reports.
• Maintain various liability, shipping, and in-transit reports.
• Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot system reports and train staff on reports.
• Develop new reports and deliver presentations for management.
