Job summary

Atrium is hiring a Production Assistant to support apparel production across multiple retail and private-label accounts. You will work with Production, Design, Product Development, and Sales to manage orders, timelines, samples, and vendor communication from PO through final shipment.

The role favors highly organized, detail-oriented candidates who can manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment. 3-month temporary opportunity with in-office work four days per week.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in apparel production or related field.
• Experience communicating with overseas factories, vendors, or agents.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, styles, SKUs, and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and prioritization ability.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel, strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production for open orders to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Track orders from PO to final shipment and shipping docs.
• Support production across multiple accounts and styles.
• Communicate with overseas factories, agents, and vendors on orders and timelines.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Sales, and Production to confirm specs.
• Assist with sample approvals and follow-up on items.
• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders as needed.
• Maintain WIP reports and track multiple SKUs.
• Monitor deadlines and flag potential delays or issues.
• Ensure packaging, labeling, ticketing, and customer requirements are met.
• Organize and archive production samples.
• Assist with additional projects and day-to-day tasks.
