Job summary

FAM Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Production & Design team in Beverly Hills. You’ll support production coordination activities for assigned categories, assisting with timeline tracking, sample logistics, and vendor communication under the guidance of senior staff.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage workload, prioritize competing tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy when working with large datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years production coordination or related experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking production timelines and milestones.
• Support sample requests, logging, and shipment coordination.
• Help maintain production records in ERP/PLM systems.
• Communicate routine status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support purchase order data entry and tracking.
• Assist with ad hoc production coordination tasks.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and resolve or elevate as needed.

We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience.FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).

Compensation Range

$71,000 - $90,000 USD
