Job summary

24 Seven Talent seeks a Senior Product Developer to lead the Product Development function across apparel and accessories. This hands-on role requires a strong product aesthetic, deep fabric/trim knowledge, and ability to establish processes from the ground up.

You’ll own end-to-end development across categories, build the PD library and trackers, and manage overseas vendor relationships. This role collaborates closely with Production and Marketing to drive timelines, quality, and commercial

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Development experience in apparel/accessories.
• Experience building processes, libraries, and trackers.
• Strong knowledge of fabric, trims, raw materials, garment development.
• Experience managing overseas vendors and factories.
• PLM experience required.
• Strong aesthetic with excellent product eye and attention to detail.
• Highly organized with ability to create and manage multiple trackers and calendars.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Product Development across multiple apparel and accessory categories.
• Build and maintain the PD library, processes, trackers, and documentation.
• Lead fabric, raw material, and trim development.
• Manage overseas vendors and factories, including sourcing and development.
• Own product information and development activity within PLM.
• Partner with Production and Marketing throughout development lifecycle.
• Build and manage trackers for development, production, pre-production, and milestones.
• Work with SanMar Product Development partners.
• Track calendars, approvals, samples, materials, and production readiness.
• Balance quality, cost, timelines, and commercial needs.
• Help establish scalable Product Development processes as assortment grows.
