Job summary

24 Seven Talent in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Product Development Assistant to join our fast-paced fashion team. The role supports the development process from prototypes through salesman samples and final handoff, ideal for someone early in their career with a product development or design background.

You will track prototypes, manage samples, maintain development spreadsheets, and coordinate communication across teams and vendors.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Product Development, Design, or a related area.
Product Development and/or Design background.
Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word.
PLM experience preferred.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Comfortable tracking multiple samples, approvals, and deadlines.
Ability to work fully onsite

Responsibilities

Track prototypes and salesman samples while maintaining development spreadsheets.
Communicate product changes and updates across teams.
Attend fittings and communicate updates to vendors.
Organize seasonal books, TIPS, and cost sheets.
Manage samples and prepare products for final handoffs.
Create and maintain style detail sheets.
Track and facilitate lab dip approvals.
Send, receive, check, and distribute incoming packages.
Maintain organized product files and folders.
Complete PLM data entry and keep product information accurate.
