Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking an Associate Manager, Product Development to support the end-to-end process from concept through production. You will coordinate sample development with Design, Production, Sales and overseas offices to meet brand and customer requirements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, review of tech packs, and timely feedback to ensure quality and adherence to standards. 3–5 years in product/apparel development required, with strong PLM skills.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the apparel product development process from concept through production.
• Familiarity with fabric technologies, color evaluation, print and art applications.
• Knowledge of garment construction techniques, sewing methods, and seam classifications.
• Experience reviewing development submissions and providing clear, actionable feedback to teams and partners.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative across cross-functional teams and overseas partners.
• Understanding of child safety requirements and product compliance standards.
• 3–5 years of Product Development or Apparel Development experience.

Responsibilities

• Product Development, Associate Manager supports and contributes to the product development process from initial design concept through production.
• Coordinate accurate, timely development of samples meeting aesthetic and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Design, Sales and Overseas Offices to execute seasonal initiatives.
• Develop and support assigned product lines across cross-functional teams and vendors.
